The cost of living in Morgantown is 5.6% higher than the national average (reference) so it follows naturally that housing prices in the area are on the rise.  How can you beat the housing market heat?  One option is factory built housing.

So, a relatively quick build time coupled with an often significant savings is good reason to give these homes a serious look.
